Pros & Cons.

PROS.

  • This software’s setup and implementation are quite simple. The instant sync with Quickbooks has saved me a lot of time.
  • Customers will find it clean and smooth, and the greatest part is that sending ACH is free.
  • The integration is quick and easy, and it works consistently.

CONS.

  • Terrible customer service; I never received a response to 5+ emails, and the customer support representative simply instructed me to contact them again.
  • The software is all good, but its support system is very poor.
  • Also, when you drop a new vendor’s invoice, the program does not always read it correctly.
