- This is one of the more cost-effective alternatives we discovered for our institution. Our report cards and transcripts were beautifully customized.
- It is simple to handle student information, and new features are constantly being added. The customer service is excellent and prompt.
CONS.
- There are no grades or comments. Inability to limit the number of characters in report card comments boxes.
- Attendance: As required by Ohio law, MSP is unable to report attendance by minutes missed. There are no modules for school scheduling or company administration.
- Some of the issues have been difficult to resolve without the assistance of a customer service representative.
