TherapyNotes is a cloud-based medical accounting software. Electronic health records (EHR), a patient portal, treatment scheduling, and medical billing are all features of TherapyNotes. All sizes of practices, including those with numerous locations or doctors who require access outside the office, can use the system.
Access to a variety of speciality note templates for different medical specialities, including psychotherapy, psychiatry, and mental health, is made available via TherapyNotes. Medical practitioners may design and personalize treatment plans, progress notes, psychiatric assessments, termination notes, and more using TherapyNotes.
A billing module is also part of the system, enabling service providers to generate statements and billing data. Users may swipe or enter cards directly into the system using the credit card processing module, and they can also preserve card information for use in later transactions.
The system allows users to organize staff schedules, create recurring appointments, and send appointment reminders to patients.

TherapyNotes meets PCI requirements for data protection and is a HIPAA-certified application. All information is kept in data centres that are SAS 70 Type II certified and completely encrypted.

Regarding a practice, clinic, hospital, facility, or centre: First doctor: $59 per month Additional doctors: $30 per month and $20 per month for interns. For US-based nonprofit organizations: $25 monthly for each doctor The price of each electronic claim is 14 cents. Reminders through text and phone are 14 cents each. No-cost email reminders

PROS.

CONS.
- Having utilized one of TherapyNotes’ rivals at my prior practice, I have two issues. I miss having apps on my phone, to start.
- That has been an annoying experience and could result in audit problems.
- When a client cancels an appointment through the portal, the clinician is notified, but the client is not notified when the clinician cancels an appointment.
