PROS.

  • The fee is very affordable and it has everything that I need to run my business daily.
  • Users like the ease of use and the organization of it.
  • Great community, with lots of questions and answers, fair cost, and great team building.

CONS.

  • They utilize a chat bubble on their website for support and have little to no way of escalating a problem to speak with someone. The implementation of new features comes fast and furious.
  • When the system goes down, we are lost until it is restored. However, this has only happened a few times in the previous several years.
