PROS.

  • Once you get the feel of it, the program is really simple to use. The excellent support crew is my favourite aspect of this organization.
  • Excellent help in French for French-speaking owners like myself. Customers and admins will like the clean interface.
  • This is a forward-thinking, caring organization that strives to deliver excellent products and services regularly.

CONS.

  • I’ve had hundreds of visitors who were puzzled and irritated and wrote to me about unavailable dates.
  • It has a few errors, especially once you make an accounting statement. Then the notifications you can synchronize but you don’t receive what the system is sending to the clients.
  • Very limited operational support hours, particularly for clients not located in the GMT zone. The inability to change pricing via an IOS device is a major drawback.
