PROS.

  • Online chat support is easily accessible. The support team is excellent—helpful, proactive, and meticulous.
  • They keep a close eye on my history, and occasionally I’ve gotten aid before I even knew I needed it.
  • With the ability to SMS and email users as well as link with booking channels, Sirvoy provides a simple, user-friendly layout. ability to develop unique booking engines and group reservations.

CONS.

  • Channels appear to be restricted to websites in the English language. For instance, there are none in French.
  • I was apprehensive about using a cloud-based solution, mainly because of the membership costs and extra costs to interface with Stripe.
