PROS.
- This software’s ease of use and import has been a major selling point. They are always working to improve the functionality and dependability of this software.
- The customer support for this software is fantastic. I also appreciate how responsive customer service is when they discover information about the accounting software that could benefit the business.
- They have a very accommodating and responsive staff. They almost become friends with you and occasionally seem like they work for you.
CONS.
- This was annoying and made my task take longer. The software’s reporting features were also a little underwhelming, in my opinion.
- Waiting periods for verification codes are required for reauthorization every 30 days.
- Creating customized reports, but I have trouble doing this in many software.
